I love working with people and understanding what makes each person who they are. I aim to meet you where you are, and to work alongside you with compassion, authenticity and respect. Integrity sits at the heart of how I practise, and I bring curiosity, creativity and genuine care to every session, always guided by what you need and where you would like to be.

Healing is not only about the big traumas we often hear about. Everyday adverse life events, and the way they can quietly build up over time, can weigh just as heavily. My hope is to help lighten that load, at a pace that feels right for you.

I especially love the three-pronged approach of EMDR therapy: understanding how our past shapes the way we are triggered now, and building towards how we want to feel and live in the future. Throughout, we work together, in a way that honours your experience and supports you on your own journey.

I also love creating interactive therapy resources you can use between sessions. It is a big part of why we have moved online, so support and the tools that go with it are there when you need them.

Ongoing professional development

Learning is a lifelong part of good practice, and I value it deeply. I engage in regular clinical supervision with an EMDRAA Consultant who is also a specialist EMDR trainer, alongside peer supervision with colleagues. This keeps my work reflective, current and grounded in best practice.

I continue to build on my training in areas that matter to the people I work with, including EMDR protocols for grief and loss and for addiction.
