Emergencies and 24/7 Support
My consultation hours are Monday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. During these times I am in session and, to protect the privacy and emotional safety of all clients, I am not able to answer phone calls or respond to messages.
Our reception hours are 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. During this time, our Practice Manager, Glen Housman, is available to return calls, process payments, and assist with administrative needs.
You are welcome to text, email, or leave a voicemail at any time. Your message will be responded to during reception hours, or as soon as it is safely possible. Because we are a small Telehealth-only practice, responses outside of these times are not available.
This structure helps ensure that every client receives my full attention during their consultation, and it protects the confidentiality, emotional safety, and therapeutic focus of all sessions. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide a respectful, safe, and predictable therapeutic environment.
